How will I be notified that my registration is confirmed?
After registering online, you will receive an on-screen confirmation containing your unique Conference ID. Please print the confirmation screen before exiting the site. Our automated system will also email the confirmation to your valid email address.
Can I register on-site at the Conference?
Yes, unless convention capacity has been reached. We advise registering early or on time to get the most value.
What makes MAIYTRA 2006 different from past conventions?
We are building on past successes and are providing you more opportunities to meet other people than any other convention.
In addition, at various points during the conference, we will cater to the interest of our younger group (“Cubs”) as well as our older group (“Bears”).
What should I wear?
Casual comfortable clothing for the day events. Remember, summer does get HOT in Chicago.
Indian or Western Formal wear for the Formal Banquet Dinner.
Do I have to register to attend the parties?
YES. In order to give you the most value, we are planning on keeping all conference activities exclusive to registrants.
Do I need to rent a car for the weekend?
We advise against renting cars as parking is expensive and hard to find. Most of the events will be within walking distance. Cabs and public transportation are reasonably priced and convenient.
